    Hi Ashley๐Ÿ˜€
I haven't been on a Disney cruise yet, but on other cruise lines the advantage to getting to your station early is that you can use the elevators.
In my experience the crew blocks elevator access once the horn sounds and the drill officially begins. My wife has a bad knee and can't do stairs. So we have always (except the first cruise we went on.. Where she had to climb stairs and was sore for two days) gone early so we could take the elevator.

Another great video! Finding Nemo. On our last cruise we were on Deck 4. Some of the passengers apparently didn't think the assembly applied to them, so we had to wait and listen as the announcement was made several times. They finally arrived and we were able to go to the Sail Away Party. By the way, one of my grandson's was very afraid the ship would sink. Before the cruise we had convinced him that wasn't going to happen when, lo and behold, we have the assembly drill and learn what to do if the ship sinks! He was wigged out, again. We finally got him calmed back down. The story has a happy ending. When it was time to get off the cruise he wanted to know why we couldn't just live on the ship all the time!

I witnessed a meltdown on my last cruise during the muster drill. It was ridiculous and the ship hasn't even started moving yet. My tips: I def wouldn't arrive last but don't be the first ones there either..especially if you're outside standing because it can be a while. Once the drill is over, just hang out for a few mins because the elevators will be jammed.

Thanks for the pizza and sunglasses tip! Safety instructions are never boring, the more you hear something the better you'll remember it. Why do you think the military drills you so much?
Early is on time. On time is late. Late is unacceptable and rude. Words to live by.

I seriously love you๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Iโ€™ve watched a lot of your videos and my husband says if weโ€™re ever on the same cruise heโ€™d never see me๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Werโ€™rr both very similar๐Ÿ˜œ. Thank you so much for all of the great info!!!!

We did the same thing! We went early on cruise one, will make sure not to do that again.

Also the kid with us was a okay it was me who had a melt down. I donโ€™t like people in my space, and people where in my space. (They really squish you in there) I was not prepared for that. Also cause we went early I think we where there close to an hour in total as we also had people in the group next to us who showed up very late :(. So yes please donโ€™t be the late people the rest of us have to wait ๐Ÿ™
